What are Cassoulets?
 
My definition is usually 3 colors, spot dyed onto stretch velvet.
The technique provides a variety of bold and blended colors to use in rug hooking, braiding and applique. Use as an effective background or cut the fabric to its best advantage for your project, even cut in a 'painted sky' technique.
The cassoulets are a generous 8x60".
 
The available cassoulets are shown two ways: folded to show the various colors and 'puddled'. 
A piece would make a double infinity or open scarf. You make from the piece or contact me to have me make.
