What are Cassoulets and why that name?  Cassoulets are spot dyed, often from multiple colors or differeing shades of the same color. The technique I use is adapted from cassarole dyeing of wool, thereby the name. It is difficult to see the pattern fully so I have photographed 'puddled' and flat Let me know if you would like more photos.
